Conradh na Gaeilge is calling on TDs, Senators and MLAs to invest in the Irish language and in the Gaeltacht in the 2018 Budgets.
To this end, the Conradh has planned #SEAS17 campaign days in the coming weeks. #SEAS17 stands for seisiúin eolais agus spreagtha, information and progress sessions on Irish-language and Gaeltacht affairs.
#SEAS17 in the south
Date: Wednesday, 4 October 2017
Time: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Venue: Buswells Hotel, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2
#SEAS17 is putting the Irish-Language & Gaeltacht Investment Plan and the Irish-speaking community's pre-election commitments to politicians before the 2018 Budget in the south next month.
We are asking members of the Irish-speaking community to join us and speak to their own local politicians on the day, in an effort to ensure that both the Irish language and the Gaeltacht receive sufficient funding in the 2018 Budget.
Comhlachas na gComharchumann Gaelachta will also be launching a document as part of this campaign day.
Register below and let us know to which constituency you belong:
If you can be with us for a couple of hours, we would be most grateful if you could fill in the form above in advance of #SEAS17.
